Stay Mellow… Just Float

Over the past few months, many of you have read about me pulling back on my business and taking a bit more time off for myself. Basically decompressing overall so that I can reengage with intention.

Along that introspective journey, I picked up a few new techniques to reduce anxiety, stress, and the body sensations associated with them.

One technique I found super helpful has been
FLOATING as well as SAUNA.

FLOATING
- sensory deprivation to decompress, destress, and reregulate the body’s nervous system
- the Epsom salt/ magnesium in the water creates buoyancy which can relieve aches and chronic pain/ stiffness
- these minerals also detoxify and restore the body
- skin may feel softer after a float as antibacterial aspects of magnesium can help with skin conditions such as eczema and rosacea
