Let me introduce you to my Soft- Hard Spectrum of Motivation⚡

But first, answer this question…

How do you take your health advice?

Do you like it straight to the point with 2 tablespoons of kick in the ass? Or do you prefer understanding followed by inspirational support?

There are 2 methods people, trainers, and brands use to shovel motivation in your face…

They either do it with so much compassion and “acceptance” that you get no further in your pursuit of happiness and honestly, let yourself off the hook so quickly you forget what you were even getting motivated for!

OR

They push you too hard, tell you what and how to do something (while you question if they take their own advice), and they frankly piss you off.

So here is where C-Potential and this newsletter are different.

Some weeks I’m sure you will have probably been LAZY. Maybe even REALLY FUCKING LAAAAAZY.

The thing is, if that is the case you already know the truth. So that week you probably need some encouragement and inspiration to rise up off the couch and exercise, not someone reminding you of your shortcomings.

You need a
soft message.

On other days the hustle and bustle of life has taken you from 7:00am to 9:00pm so quickly you can’t remember what day it is. On that day, you need a BOOP.

Aka a cycle breaker. Someone to SHAKE YOU, tell you to SLOW THE FUCK DOWN and remember your health has to come first or your body will ROT and DIE. Someone to tell you tomorrow you are not skipping that workout to scroll Instagram before the kids wake up, you ARE going to exercise, eat better and be the best version of yourself!

HARD message.

Each week my emails will be somewhere on this soft-hard spectrum. Some weeks you will even get to choose which message or inspirational story you want to read to get you back on track.

Some weeks I will pull you out of the mental hole you have dug yourself and other weeks you will pull yourself out…

…some weeks I will bring my shovel and if you don’t pull yourself out, I am filling the hole with dirt- with you in it. That should motivate you to get out.

HARD message.

Because your health matters, taking care of yourself physically and mentally matters, and I am here to help you with both.
