Toe-tally Awesome!
I don’t believe in quick fixes but…

But I am starting to talk to more of my clients about foot health, and here is why.
Late last year I started playing basketball again after a long hiatus and like most people I didn’t slowly ramp up. I played 3 hours of pick up a couple times a week and as a result my calves were tight and my feet were sore.
