One Of Those Days

Last Wednesday I felt tired and just BLAH overall, so I wrote a helpful reminder to myself and my AHA💡Moment readers!

So if you are feeling like you just don’t have it today I hope this helps!


AHA MOMENT FAMILIA I AM SORRY

But my bizkit is limp, I’m cooked, I just don’t have it today.

I am also sorry for throwing Fred Durst’s FACE in your face today but despite my parent’s best efforts, BREAK STUFF is still a timeless classic for me! 😈

…and as Fred so eloquently puts it in that song…
It’s just one of those days.

It’s just one of those days where I am halfway through writing three different newsletters and can’t seem to find the words to finish any of them.

It’s just one of those days where I am just going to at least show up to the gym and move some heavy things around because I know I should for my future self.

It’s just one of those days that by not giving up on all my structure I am in fact solidifying my structure, my good habits, and my progress.

Some days it is about
resisting the urge to break stuff.

Don’t break your healthy habits, don’t break the promises you make to yourself, don’t even step on a crack and break yo mamma’s back. Stay on track and always have your own back.

Having a bad day does not mean giving up on yourself completely.

It’s just one of those days and the more you persist the fewer you will have.
